My Wedding Card For Singapore Dinner

I guess I cannot avoid having a wedding dinner in Singapore! Haiz...

It was finally settled that we will be having a PRIVATE and COSY dinner among families ONLY. The word "ONLY" is very important! I must definitely marked this down so that our parents will stop adding tables onto the list.

PANIC TIME now! Panic for money, I guess? Suddenly, there's so much additional cost coming in! Even though, the wedding banquet is highly subsidized by our parents, but we hope to be of contribution.

Once I got the news that we are going to have a banquet in Singapore, I went to search for the wedding invitation cards asap. WOW, its SUPER EXPENSIVE!

I guess maybe our required quantity is small. And furthermore, our designer had already came out with our Bali wedding card and Soka ceremony card design. Re-quotation would be very lei cheh!

The reason for me not blogging for the past few days is..... I AM BUSY DESIGNING MY OWN CARDS!

Never did I expected that I could came out with my own design! Now, I got two options to choose from!

These are the two designs that I had came out with! Honestly, I was pretty amazed with what I had managed to came out with!

Now, we are contemplating with which design to use. But high chance would be Option 1, and its also my personal favourite!

Haiz... Even though the designs are out, but its hand drawn! Need to re-do it onto the computer so the resolution will be higher and the colours will be stronger!

The Day For 提亲 Is Here!

Finally, the 提亲 day is here!

Been asking around! Been asking frens! Been searching the internet on what is to be done during 提亲 day!

But who knows everything went on very smoothly! Or I would put as "Short and Sweet", even we are not too sure what is to be done!

Based on whatever that is found on the internet, the groom's parents will send a matchmaker to present gifts to the bride's family and ask for marriage. Then both side will start to negotiate on the terms and try to come to conclusion.

However, our 提亲 day is machiam like some "Meet The Parents" session! Just got one more person, which is Darling's aunt, Er Gu joining in. And the gifts that was presented to my parents are just some fruits.

And basically there's no NEGOTIATION at all! Or its more like going there to TAKE ORDERS! But I guess my mum's quotation is reasonable

The whole session lasted not more than half an hour! Its the chatting session that took up more time =P

Even though the 提亲 process is fast and efficient, but I can feel my headache is starting already! Need to start preparing for all the stuffs... Haiz...

Shrek Forever After

Before SHREK FOREVER AFTER was on screen, you are able to see different kind of posters advertising on this show!


And the Ginger Breadman poster is the only one that I had came across! BUT ITS ENOUGH TO EXCITE ME!!!

Finally, I managed to catch SHREK FOREVER AFTER over the weekend. There's a few funny scenes that are worth for a laugh! If you are looking for a no brainer kind of movie, I think SHREK FOREVER AFTER can give you a tickle once in every few scenes.

Honestly, its not worth the BIG "HOO HA".... Or maybe, the previous episodes of SHREK had already raised my expectation! So this time round, it got to be more than ever!

But no matter what, PUSS just never fail to put a smile on my face!


Look at it! Very irritating, rite? I thought that this time round PUSS can't pull its innocent stunt anymore already!


But I'm wrong! SIZE DOESN'T MATTER!!! Even though it is fat, but still it can look innocent! Can't find the picture online to show you! But when FAT PUSS does it stunt, it brings laughter to the entire cinema!

Well, overall if you have nothing to do, CAN WATCH LAH!
